How do I get my glove to you?
One of two ways...If you are local to the Bentonville, AR area, you can drop your glove in the dropbox at my house or we can meet up in the area. We'll arrange that after you place your order.
If you need to ship, I charge $10 for two-way shipping...you ship it to me and I ship it back. I ship UPS, FedEx and USPS.
What is your turnaround time?
My turnaround time varies depending on the service requested, but for local dropoffs, I generally have your glove done in 3-4 days.
If you ship your glove to me, you'll need to add 6-8 days for the shipping.
Can you fix a tear in my glove?
No, I don't currently provide repair services, but I can help point you toward a trustworthy repair shop. Once your glove is fixed, I'll be happy to clean, condition and relace it for you!
How do I pay you?
I accept Venmo, Cash App and Apple Pay.
If you want to pay Cash or Check, I'm old school...I'll accept that!
What other services do you offer?
Additional Padding: I can add padding to gloves to dampen the impact on the palm. There's a small fee, but easy to do since the glove is already opened up! Ask about that product and service!
